Sakurai tweet could mean anything, really. Like, Toon Link was just announced, and Wind Waker is right on the edge of a retail release, so we might get a Toon Link trailer.

They said it's about 3DS and Wii U games. Will the update have a few minutes? Sure. Will it be the entire Direct? Hell no. Come on

-bayonetta 1 announced for wii u, and will be a free download to anyone who buys bayonetta 2 from the eshop.

3ds:
-miiverse support, and integration with the new account system
-super mario galaxy 3d announced for 3ds
-majora's mask 3d announced for 3ds
-persona 4 the platinum announced for 3ds: includes everything from golden and extra stuff

eshop:
-bill trinen talks about mother 3 coming to the eshop... right now. as he talks, the camera slowly zooms in on his face until all you can see are his eyes

Since it got quoted again this page, just wanted to point out my love for "realistic predictions" then lists BOTH persona 5 and persona 4. :p

I'd personally try to help fund this. I know I'll eventually buy AA5, but the swap to digital only is definitely delaying my purchase. Blame Pokémon for that, plus no physical copy killed my hype a little.

Which is funny because delivering the game early to fans was the whole reason to do a digital release.

Unlikely. Sakurai implied (but didn't confirm) that new trailer would only be for new characters, and so far, no returning character got a trailer. Only the Villager/Wii Fit Trainer/Mega Man got a trailer.

So if there's a new trailer revealed during the Direct, it'll be for a new character. Unless they're gonna have a 3rd returning character reveal in a month.

Yeah, you are more likely to be right tho. I'm hyped to see the game in motion so it's all it mattered to me.

I'd like to see some more HD updates announced for Wii U, N64 VC and show us some of the more impressive stages of 3D World (maybe a throwback stage?). But I'd be happy with more details on Wii Sports Club, such as baseball and boxing.
