Ratchet & Clank: Into the Nexus Hits PS3 November 12th

Kinda a bummer they said it was shorter than crack in time, but the price reflects that. Would be a hard pill to swallow if it was $60.

It's not intended as a "full" sixty dollar Ratchet game, as the blog notes. We think it's priced fairly for the amount of content in there. And the game is high quality

Getting this Day 1, I've gotta support the return to Ratchet's roots. After playing the Jak and Daxter HD collection recently, I was reminded just how much fun these 3D platformers are. I'd love to see a Ratchet and Clank Universe using PS4 tech. *drools*

Based on the last 2 entry into the series, I have very very very little hope for this game.

For me, R&C is like Sonic. The first couple entry was amazing games but the series went downhill due to adding stupid and unwanted features/gameplay into the series.

How long to do everything the game has to offer? And what about a playable demo? :)

I imagine you'll be happily surprised then

I stopped buying full price PS3 games for now since I'll want to just focus on PS4 stuff and FFXIV for the rest of the year...but Ratchet + $30 makes this a no brainer. Just gotta beat it in 3 days as I don't want to stop halfway through.

Rockefellers. Skull and Bones. Microsoft. Al Qaeda. A Cabal of Bankers. The melting point of steel. What do these things have in common? Wake up sheeple, the landfill wasn't even REAL!
So when is it coming to Xbox One?

Not like ACIT where you have all of this space to explore. There are multiple planets though - parts of some which are mostly optional.

That's a shame. I really liked the optional space exploration, along with moon/asteroid platforming sequences in ACiT. That was probably my favorite part of the game. Having said that, I am looking forward to what you guys have planned for this game.

My wife, two eldest kids and I had a great time with AFO. Sure it wasn't anywhere near as good as ACIT, but it was great fun none the less.

Bought bought bought.

Although I wish there was a PS4 port, I'll have to keep both consoles plugged in during launch week.. Sony should really be mandating PS3 digital ports on the PS4 for all first party releases during the launch period, I think there would be a real boost in sales for all parties involved.

Was doing price changes at my work and a PS3 version AND Vita version both popped up (different SKUs too) so part of me wants to wait just in case, but at the same time I need some new R&C in my life...

Sounds good :)

Still waiting for a real sale on the Trilogy, I can't believe Americans got the whole thing for $7.50 while us Europeans got the games at €9 each.

Man, this is on my radar, but I have had a chance to play FFA yet, so maybe if/when this is announced for VITA too, I will play both on VITA. Wishful thinking, I know...

Totally getting this, man between Beyond, Puppeteer, R&C and rain one would think PS4 is a year or two away still.

FFA and All 4 One had co-op right? I thought they would continue on this path. Never played a Ratchet game before that.

Considering both games are held up as the worst the series has to offer, you should probably get on the other titles ASAP.

I am well aware of that. But I rarely buy games these days that don't feature a co-op mode. (KZ3/R3/FIFA/Rayman origins/legends/BL2/Portal 2 etc.)
So do you go into every thread for games without co-op and announce that you're not buying them because of that?

I enjoy games more when I can play them with someone else. But this wasn't an answer to my question. I just assumed it would be co-op because of the last entries.

Your tag fits you well. Goodday sir.

Additionally, if you pre-order via Amazon.com, you’ll score a huge package of R&C-themed content for PlayStation Home – a value of roughly $30.

THE GAME IS PRACTICALLY FREE.

I'm really excited for this though. The last couple R&C left me heartbroken. Hopefully this is proof that still have what it takes to make great games.
