here's the full SM3DW poster at 9400x5500 resolution.
Personally, it's my new desktop
GameXplain pieced together all the opening cutscene clips for a more complete look at the game's introduction:

I really like how that intro's looking so far--can't wait for the full thing
Its mine now! fantastic love it.not sure if already posted

It looks like every powerup the Mario games have ever hand. Even the characters have their traits from SMB2.
Er, yeah. I don't think that's even subjective, Good Egg Galaxy is his best work since Majora's Mask by a mile. If there's some substantial body of excellent work I'm missing from that interval, do tell.wat
kondo of his game for 10 years?
Yokota's work on Galaxy 2 doesn't break much new ground and is mostly worse than or even with what he did before. It isn't bad, but he spent a hell of a lot of time trying, and failing, to recreate Gusty Garden.Yokota "stumbled" with galaxy 2? what the hell are you talking about?
I can't get over how WRETCHED this section looks:
Why would they keep that in there? It was in the last trailer, too. They need to scrap that area or do a major overhaul or something. Ugly colors, BARREN wasteland, terrible grass texture, etc.
What? This section looks amazing.
That's the part of the trailer that hyped me the most. Giant open area like SM64. I love it....you're joking right? It's the only part that looks absolutely MISERABLE. Everything else looks fantastic.

The only game Yokota stumbled on was Skyward Sword. Galaxy 2's OST was better than the first even though I know that's an unpopular opinion. Kondo hasn't done his best work recently though especially with some of the NSMB trash.
This is worrying… even Super Mario Galaxy, a SD Wii game, took twice as much space (3+ GB).
Okay, so the location is composed of warm colours, and it's miserable?
Miserable?
We don't know that it's entirely flat yet. It could have more platforms in the foreground. It reminds me of Bob omb Battlefield. It's incredibly barren, all FLAT ground, ugly colors, and horrible grass texture.

You picked out the most miniscule complaint I had about it, and acted as if that was my only complaint.
I wish they would just add online Co op.
That's not bad at all. Heck, I'd prefer it if there were a lot more of stages like this.
It's in the background here.

From what I can see over to the left, the side of the dune slopes down and looks like you can enter from that side.looks neat. Damn this thread moves fast.
This has probably been mentioned before, but what is in/under that sand dune? Something can be seen inside (fire flower?). How would you even get to it?
(Shitty pic b/c I capped it off the gif from that scene).
