Doubt this is an issue of specs, more on the dev.
Ryse looks leagues better and is running at 900p, and Forza 5 is 1080p native. A lot of devs are finding the ESRAM complicated at launch, but they'll iron out the kinks as we go forward.
Ryse is 30 fps and from one of the most technically competent developers on the planet.
Forza 5 is such a different type of game, really, that it becomes difficult to compare.
We really can't say for sure at this point, of course, but it's not a good sign. The difference between 720p and 1080p is greater than the difference between 480p and 720p, after all.
This is sad. The Xbone version is closer to current gen consoles than it is to the PS4.
Well, in terms of resolution this is true, but let's wait and see what other differences are present. I can't imagine that the Xbone version of CoD is simply a slightly higher resolution duplicate of the 360 game. As unimpressive as it looks they ARE still doing some additional visual stuff for PS4, XB1, and PC.
