Those are three ugly designs.
Diancie is Rock/Fairy
Hoopa is Psychic/Ghost
Volcanion is Fire/Water
Saw this on a bunch of Pokemon forums, not sure if real but new thread just in case, since they look real enough to me. Capture me in a Pokéball and distribute me at GameStop if old
EDIT: Oh and PokéGAF is talking about it too so I assume it's real.
I'd need to see more of Volcanion.

Can't say i've really been feeling any of the event pokemon in the last few gens outside of a select few, this trio ain't changing that.
Though by virtue of typing alone Volcanion is interesting enough, might be better when in motion and seen from other viewpoints.

I mean it's a hack and they're obviously not going to be level 3 encounters in the forest, but fire/water finally, yay!
Indeed, events unlocking a whole quest is pretty fun and would be appreciated

I don't think so. The person who leaked them is a fairly known DS Homebrew person.
It says Event Pokemon in the title, they're "new".

Usually event Pokemon are just Pokemon from the game with unique attributes.
Not full, DLC new Pokemon.
Remember when tons of people (me included) thought Binacle and Greninja were fakes?
What? They're not DLC. And yeah, Mew/Celebi/etc were events originally, and these are obviously gonna be used in a similar fashion.

Not true - Mew, Deoxys etc. aren't obtainable normally, and can only be found through events.

the Fire/Water poke would make Water type the 2nd type to have a dual type with every other type in the game. so far, only Flying had a dual type with every other type with all the known pokemon.

I figured the first Fire/Water would be based on a Hot Spring, so looks like I guessed pretty closely.

I dont get why these arent in the game proper. There's only three new legendaries in the game and Pokemon count is already low.

Ever since the names were leaked a few weeks ago, and now looking at these images, I can't help but think that Diancie could be an reverse-Manaphy event legendary... Perhaps getting a Carbink and have it evolve only through an special event (carbon turns into diamond)?

Volcanion looks awesome. Based on the name and typing I was expecting an underwater fissure-based... Thing. This guy looks like some kind of steampunk wolf God. Not bad.
I can't decide which of the other two I like best though. They're too pink and spritly so they feel too similar. I'm sure in action one will reign supreme.
