I got a mail with Killer Instinct. Just to add some extra info for any possible qualifying criteria:

I'm in the UK.
Have nearly 200K gamerscore (don't think this is relevant as a friend on 86k also got Killer Instinct)
Been a member of Xbox Live for 8 years since the launch of the 360.

I agree, i really dont like this random stuff. Give.the game to anybody that has been gold for ar least 2 years in a row.

Over 11 years of XBL subscription and nothing!!, makes me feel sick!. Is it just people from US getting the email atm or worldwide?

Im teetering on weather to keep my Xbone preorder atm and this might just be the thing that pushed me to press the cancel button if im not offered it.........petty as it sounds but shit man!!!

I got it, UK - 95K gamerscore but only a few years gold membership because I generally play single player games. Mine arrived at about 14.36 GMT if they are sending out in batches.

Microsoft have to take your email preferences seriously, if you have opted out of receiving promotional email they won't contact you at all. Check your preferences if you think you qualify and havent received anything.

To bad they didnt do this for everyone that had XBL since the day the 360 came out and has at least 50k gamerscore. That would seem like fair criteria. I hope they are still sending out emails and they just havent got to me yet.

Microsoft's not the only one who's played this game, there was a point in time where certain people got $10 from sony and I never got that either :/

yeah i got nothing so far. with all the crap that has been going on they should be giving us USA people a real game for free. like fifa, nba, or something good. not saying KI isn't, but every other country gets a full good game.

I guess my question to anyone who did receive KI for free, have you had an uninterrupted Gold subscription until now? I know that I went like 1-2 months without Gold and then resubbed for GTA V/Online.

Too bad im not "dedicated enough" for a free console, thats the only way id start taking MS seriously. I'd love to give out this KI code, but I guess its tied to your GT. Hope you guys who will put this free game to use get one.

People complaining about not getting a free copy of the game with all the characters... really now its 20 bucks we're saving.

Most regulars in the thread are going to get the ultimate edition anyways. But a free 20 dollar game going to make cancel your pre-order for the system?

I've been on Live since the original Xbox Live Beta test, and nothing here. I did technically start a new gamertag at one point, so that probably screwed me. Although I have countless RB songs and and other purchases on live, so I shudder tot think of the total spent. Oh well, good for those who get it.

It's funny, I wasn't nearly as active on PS3 as I was with my 360 this gen and I still got the $10 from Sony. It surprised me a lot, so I assumed it had to be because of being a PSN+ member and having played a lot of 1st party games. (Not that I didn't do the same with 360, I got perfect gamerscore for the Banjo-Kazooie games dangit!)
