Look at the middle. Is that the thing that makes it unbalance?

Heh that's a bit strange. I wonder if they'll all be like that, or if it's just an issue with Giant Bomb's unit?

A very minor annoyance that I'll probably notice when I insert/remove USB drives and discs. Hopefully Sony fixes it in the systems for early next year when I get mine. Not a big deal, but just a tiny annoyance.

it's a bad unit , not a big deal
i heard some people who tried the PS4 said the build quality and plastic overall is cheap

Might just be an issue with the center and/or left side feet on their unit...though it does seem odd that there's none on the other end.

Either way it's a very very small issue.

I am looking forward to the truth coming out on this. No way sony is producing 30% more wobble than Microsoft.

Nah, this won't be a big issue. It either came with one less rubber foot, or had one knocked off, or it's a very rare manufacturing issue.

It wouldn't take more than 1 minute to DIY fix it, though.

Well, that's one annoying trait if it is there on all the units. Has someone confirmed this fact on any other unit?

Disconcerting if this is not an isolated case. Speaks to Sony taking aesthetic shortcuts that lead to a flawed design product. Begs the question that if Sony's taking shortcuts over the hood, I can only imagine what has happened under the hood?

Could be uneven feet on the system, which wouldn't be universal. Or its a shitty uneven surface.

Highly doubt this is going to be a major problem.

Everything PS4 has done since announcement has left me cold, and if Sony did suddenly drop their A grade engineering and design pedigree for no reason and forget to make PS4 sit steady, my first instinct would be to laugh my ass off.

But there's no way in a million fucking years that this isn't a case of a missing or poorly-placed rubber foot. Sony are simply not that catastrophically stupid.

Yeah...like roll up a bit of paper and stick it under the sagging corner...man, we seriously suffer from FIRST WORLD problems...

I plan on placing my ps4 vertically so I'm not worried. Would be crappy if true though.

If you look closely to the back the table also moved...some presdure or crappy table. You decide.

It looks like the bottom separator of the halves (the thin power light) is bulging from the bottom which causes the imbalance to one side. I have no clue how the engineer of the device did not see that unless Sony went further cheapness by taking out the rubber pads to save cost.
