I must be one of the few people that can't wait for the 29th but also don't want it delivered before then. I start some holiday that day so if my PS4 arrives early it'll probably be a pain in the butt to get delivered for the weekend.
I'm going to be really frugal in december after the splurge this month i think. Aside from raiding my savings again for christmas presents for folks that is.
I must be one of the few people that can't wait for the 29th but also don't want it delivered before then. I start some holiday that day so if my PS4 arrives early it'll probably be a pain in the butt to get delivered for the weekend.

You don't got a Xbox One early (SCNR). Looking at the reccent history Sony is unlikely to ban your console - there might be some rough edges because the EU network might no be 100% up.

Yeah there's no chance of getting it early I believe shopto haven't sent any Xbone yet so it's a good indication that PS4 won't get sent till day before

Just picked up my PS4 from the post office! Totally surreal, as I have worked hard to suppress my hype, and now suddenly it's here. No PSN yet though, and I didn't order any games. Guess I'll watch a Blu-Ray

Ordered mine from ISME (I know) and girlfriend recently changed billing address so it shows date ordered as of last week with new delivery date of March 2014! They have assured me I'm still getting launch stock but I'm still :-/
My biggest question is whether it will be possible to purchase digital PS4 games from Amazon US without any issues. I really hope so. If it even initiates the download from the UK PS Store then even better, otherwise at least a US Account would work (and it should if it's like PS3 of course). From my experience so far, I would have to say, if you have a US Playstation account and you download from Amazon US app, you will need to play it from that account. The game will "show" on your UK account (obv same PS4) when you sign in but it will say you dont have the correct licence. Shouldnt be an issue if you dont mind playing on your US account.
My US account is the onlyway I can play Blacklight retribution, Warframe, DC Universe + a few demos etc...Otherwise I would be stuck with disk only games due to lack of UK PsStore.

I've been messing around with the console for some time now, god damn it's amazing! Especially the controller, it's SO good compared to the DS3 and dare I say I even like it more than the 360 controller which I think would never happen.
I managed to update the console to the latest FW 1.51 but PS Store is not online yet however I could link my PSN ID and chat with friends etc.

Simply games have a banner on your order info for both xbone and ps4. They are dispatching Thursday by dpd for delivery Friday. 22 and 29, so no luck with them either.
