So while this thread is on the first page I'm reminded to ask (beg, really) for some help. I'm running Dolphin 3.5-269, Lenovo Y580, X360 wired pad.
I changed some gamepad settings in Dolphin to play a game with motion controls (assigning some motion functions to button presses). When I undid those changes and went back to my game of Xenoblade, no button presses are being recognised at all, the game just runs the start screen.
Dolphin itself is clearly recognising the button presses, and any new game I play isn't affected. It seems like something somewhere in Xenoblade has come unstuck. Since I'm no expert in emulation I can't get my head round where the problem could lie.
How could the ISO lose its understanding of controller inputs? Is it possible to start again with a fresh ISO, but retaining the save file?
Any suggestions appreciated, especially simple stuff an idiot could easily overlook. Thanks in advance, Dolphin-heads of GAF!
