After wanting to only upgrade my graphics card a little, it went awry and I somehow am looking at a 1070 and thinking of going from a 1080p to a 1440p monitor.
Basically, I want 1440p and I am guessing to future proof a bit (even though the 1070 won't utilise it fully on 1440p) 144Hz as well as g-sync. I looked a bit and found the following mintor

for €539. Is this a good deal? Anything I should be aware of? I know it is a TN panel, but the IPS panel costs €200 more. Any otther, better, cheaper recommendations?
I am coming from a budget 1080p LG monitor and know next to knowhting about mintors apart from what I learned in my frantic buying spree in the last two days.
