Well, think about every npc in the game, and in different chapters. Yeah, usually there's something new everytime you show it. I portray Phoenix as a psychopath, shining his badge and rambling about stepladders.



BTW, escalating cases + M rating + them being coy about Maya = headless Maya corpse we investigate.
