Hearing it now is one thing, but when it actually starts to play and then build up in the actual fight. Oh man, that is one hell of track to get your blood pumping.

Just wanted to add, Hellfire from FFXV is great and gets better more dramatic each phase but Magna Insomnia has the best section in the entire OST and it's everything that I wanted and more from the music in the game for years. From 2:58 to 3:55 I got goosebumps the first time I heard it.

moonlight butterfly/ gwyndolin - Dark Souls
eerie, atmospheric, mysterious, and a tad beautiful. really added to its bosses in a very unique way.

That track is interesting because it's so different from every other piece of music Koji Kondo's ever made. I'd figure it was something that could easily be in a Megaman game.

FYI: the title of that video is a bit of a spoiler.
This is what I came to post. One of my favorite moments in videogame history. I literally stood up from the "comfy couch" and stood in awe as the battle began thanks to everything about it. Just incredible. That was the moment when I realized the game was a on a different level.

This one too. Akuma is just 90s vgm perfection.
Best boss music in a series with amazing boss music. I like the complete mix of all four into one super amazing track.
Also I can't believe that no one has mentioned Termination from Ys II. One of Yuzo Koshiro's best.
Also gonna throw in Fallen Angel and Steel Reason from FFXIV.
Also I know someone mentioned the Eternal Blue boss music but they used the horrible Playstation version which sounds like dick. Here's a better version.
