Guess I'm answering myself XD. Physical release is exclusive to their store.Whoah, looks dope af! Will def grab it although I wonder if will get stocked at EU retailer partners as well.
Playable on disk?? What year is it? I didn't know it was still possible the way the big games are coded.
Great. Right now you can't even buy it because the server brings up an error message at checkout.Guess I'm answering myself XD. Physical release is exclusive to their store.
Also.
There's no need to rush your pre-order.Great. Right now you can't even buy it because the server brings up an error message at checkout.
It's not. See above.Because of course.
Anyone know if this is a limited release? This sounds limited.
So a Collectors Edition. lolThe PC version comes with a DVD with the Steam key on it.
Physical Edition for Baldur's Gate III releases on Q1 2024.
booThe PC version comes with a DVD with the Steam key on it.
Yep. Though I still hope they'll do a standard physical release through retailers/amazon later on.Is this a Larian store exclusive?
Tiago Rodrigues Can you add my post that's in the quote to your OP? Ty!Whoah, looks dope af! Will def grab it althoughI wonder if will get stocked at EU retailer partners as well.
Looks like it's open pre-order.
Contents:
Price: $/€79.99 + $/€20 for shipping.
- 3 Disc OST
- Double Sided Map
- 32 Stickers
- 2 Patches
- Mind Flayer Poster
- PC Game Disc (Custom Installer & Steam Key)*
- PS5 2 Discs (full game on discs, playable offline)
- Xbox 3 Discs (full game on discs, playable offline)
- Game Box inspired by the Big Box release of BG 1 & 2
I am highly doubting their stores capabilities. What if they got inundated with 50k+ orders? Orders would probably be backed up for months.Thank god it’s not limited. Will definitely pick this up once I’m ready!
From steam I'm not sure, but from stores like GOG, absolutely. So if I just burned my steamapps BG3 folder onto the disc, I would have my own physical edition. right?
Or a paper CD as Ducktales from ps3The PC version comes with a DVD with the Steam key on it.
What? Pics lolOr a paper CD as Ducktales from ps3
PC version is a dics with an installer which requires internet/ the game is downloaded, whereas the other two are physically downloadable from the disc, so I'd assume PS5 is the best bet.Im wondering which version would hold the highest value on the long run?
I'd guess the Xbox version will have less copies sold, upping the rarity. Add the fact that it has three discs, something extremely abnormal for this gen.Im wondering which version would hold the highest value on the long run?
