And Japan in particular... One of the first things I learned about Japan in school was that it was earthquake-prone.
First time I was in an actual earthquake was in Japan. Really interesting experience.

It depends on where you go really. Near Osaka, half the time it was kinda funny as I thought I was just having a dizzy spell.
