Still, UC4 for <70, the only game I have to buy for "full price" since MGS4. Not bad.

That is because The Taken King dlc is supplied as a code so the previous owner would have used it, so not sure of the problem here.Speaking of GAME. I went there today and saw a copy of destiny: taken king at a "good price" but check out the little sticker.
DLC not included. Can't help but think they're trying to scam the uninformed.

Um they're doing the right thing here though :S if they didn't have anything on the box people would probably think it came with everything
Still i'd like to think the staff would double check with anyone buying it.

The issue I have with it is whether or not the staff are checking with people that they are aware of the sticker. It seems disingenuous to have the taken king box on display like that and my game have in the past sold preowned games as if they work brand new. Never been warned that multiplayer in TLOU or dead space 3 needed online passes.

Yep, I don't see a problem either, they even put a sticker on the box to inform people about it.
They problem lies with the publishers who re-release a game with new content, like GOTY editions etc. and don't supply the new content on disc. They want to cut costs and at the same time it makes it a bit harder to resell it, because the game is "incomplete".
The worst one of this was the GOTY rerelease of the original Modern Warfare, which advertised a free map pack on the cover, but the codes expired something like 6 months after it was released.
This meant that new copies on shelves were advertising content that had expired, and there was no mention of the expiry date on the box.

Stuff like this is so annoying, it really needs a clear date for the buyer to see but they won't do that in fear that no one will buy it later on.
I'd not be surprised if the destiny TTK dlc expires next year if not used.

This is par for the course for all of those ATLUS RPGs in EU. "deals" for them basically don't exist unless you get in on a b2g1 deal or store-coupons.

I don't know why some codes have short expiry on them, I just got a code for RE0 DLC for example and it's valid for about 5 years.

On Rakuten they are doing 5x points and if you use the code HOTJAN you get 10% off which means you can...
Go on Rakuten and search for the Xbox One Elite Console. It's £375 as sold by Pixel through Rakuten. Add to basket, use HOTJAN for 10% off to bring it down to £335.50. And also due to the 5x Rakuten points you get around £18 on your account to spend.
5x points runs out tomorrow at midnight though and not sure how long the code goes for.
Also TheGameCollection are having an XB1 games sale.

Ye it is a good price considering it is the 1Tb console with an elite controller (sells for about £120 on its own), plus two excellent games.

What happened to Vita prices? Used to regularly see them for £100-150 a year or so ago but they don't seem to dip that low anymore. Have that many PS+ and crossbuy games now that I'm thinking of grabbing one for sitting by the pool on my honeymoon. Any good deals at the moment? Also, how are the screens in sunlight?

If you want new then Argos have it with 3 Lego games and an 8gb memory card for £180.
Not a bargain by any measure and I've not checked anywhere else but I don't have to bother paying for it for 6 months so it'll do for me.
I'd be fine with 2nd hand as long as the screen had no scratches. Where should I be looking? eBay/Cex/Grainger? I see a couple in the area on Gumtree. Anyone had much experience buying on there?

Any other time I've bought from a company abroad they've marked things down to under the threshold. Only place this has ever happened to me.
