National Ability - Dynastic Cycles - Larger Boost from Eureka and Inspiration events.
Leader Ability - Builders receive an additional use, and can be used to rush Ancient and Classical Wonders.
Unique Unit - Crouching Tiger Cannon - High power, but short range. No resources needed to make
Unique Infrastructure - Great Wall - Unique Tile Improvement, provides defence and gold at the beginning of the game, and will provide culture and tourism as the game goes on. Each segment requires a builder charge.
,Pre-Order to receive early access to the Aztec Civilization Pack featuring Montezuma, a unique unit (Eagle Warrior), unique building (Tlatchli) and wonder (Huey Teocalli). The Aztec Civilization Pack will be available at launch as an exclusive pre-order item for 90 days, after which the content will be made available at no additional charge to all owners of the game.
So there's no more culture in this game? Since Aztec usually is a cultural warrior.

This video addresses some of the common complaints or concerns about the game (based on what's known so far).

I wouldn't jump to that conclusion.
We know there's culture in some form because one of the English special units is their ability to get more artifices with their archaeologists.
There's definitely culture. I don't know if we've seen a detailed explanation of border growth in this game (I think it's a safe assumption we are not going back to "culture-flipping," given what they've done with cities), but we know that culture is used to advance along the culture tech tree.
Not Henry IV? Interesting
Any word on Catherine's agenda?
She has a neat espionage bonus.
Anyone able to find ideal specs for CIV VI? It's time for me to upgrade my tower but I'd like to be way out in front of everything. My current -- even on lowest graphic settings -- always chugs near the endgame.
Specs are not finalized yet.
No offense to France, but I find it hard to say Catherine Medici was the most powerful female monarch of the Elizabethan era...
Lots of culture focus so that's definitely a plus - also interesting that she has a mid game focus. That's the first time I can think of where a specific bonus only started after a certain time in that way, so good to see they are playing around with traits more

Yes, that seems neat. But I was actually asking about her diplomatic agenda. They've touted agendas as one of the major features of Civ 6 diplomacy (each leader has one permanent, overt agenda and one hidden, random agenda: e.g., Teddy does not like warmongers on his home continent; Cleopatra does not respect Civs with small militaries), but I don't think they mentioned Monty's or Cat's agendas in their introductory videos.
Would you recommend the Civ series to someone who loves Age of Empires 2? I'm thinking about trying out Civ 4 or 5

While the games are different in scope, you would still feel familiarity. My first foray into Civ was pretty much like yours, curious to try out a civilization-based strategy game due to familiarity with an RTS lolWould you recommend the Civ series to someone who loves Age of Empires 2? China is up.

You can't go wrong with either but I might prefer Civ 4 because the game pacing is much faster. It's easier to get bottlenecked in Civ V & BE and slow the flow of the game down to a crawl.
that is one ugly Pedro
Do we know anything about the business model of the game? I mean real life business. Will it follow early Civ V model (lots of small dlcs) or will it be more in line with BE and latter Civ V (big expansions)?
