It was never very funny. Probably the least entertaining thing Conan does, but people love it just because it's a guy they like paying attention to games they like.

Ok after actually watching this, it was probably the best clueless gamer segment I've seen! Probably because it was Conan and another comedian he can joke with instead of Conan and a random athlete or celeb with no comedy chops. And because they didn't really care about the specifics of the game.
