It hasn't confirmed any platform, just that it won't be restricted to W10/X1 after a year.

Could mean a PS4 release, a Steam release or an NX release for all we know.

That last line in the OP seems disingenuous to the tweet. Says nothing about PS4. Could just mean it's coming to Steam. It either needs to get rid of that or add in more information that says that it's coming to PS4.
