Haha wow yeah I called it. Such an incredible moment too, her remarks on what it was like to be that version was incredible. Moffat is very good at that sort of stuff. I loved the last lines he wrote for Eleven too.

If anything, the reason is to see how he became Missy - which Moffat loves to do, show all the missing regenerations.

On the contrary I thought having an old fully evil version of the Master there helped Missy's character arc of becoming good come to nice close.

She literally killed her old self off to help the Doctor.
