I don't think this will ever happen since the PC version didn't have coop eitherIf they aren't gonna patch in coop then its worthless.
They should port the online version while they're at it

I assume Capcom releasing that remaster means they are working on one.Day 1. Whatever it takes to get a sequel.

Good god Pro and Scorpio should be awesome if Capcom put the effort in.
My brain completely ignored the Dark Arisen part and skipped to PS4/XB1 and I assumed a DD2.....
They haven't even brought DDO to the West... starting to get frustrated with this franchise. You can't keep milking the same game, Capcom. If there's a 2nd game in development, at least tell us...Buying the PC port didn't fund anything new DD related so I think I'll pass on buying this.
Yeah but I really doubt it. That wouldn't only mean 4K but also the graphics in general getting a complete overhaul. The game was never a looker anyway.
FUCK YES, HYPE OVERLOAD!!!!! Man, what took so long!? Regardless, anyone who enjoys action-RPGSs or just good combat in games in general needs to give this a chance. Dragon's Dogma is a great game.
EDIT: Ah, I missed the but about it being Japan only for now. I really hope it gets released worldwide. The game really deserves to be played by a wider audience.
I'll only buy this if they add the original opening theme back in.
A more stable framerate and maybe some sharper textures will do wonders for the game. It was not ugly by any means but it really needed a bit more power to show things off.
Weird this didn't happen simultaneously with the PC release last year.
I'm glad people can get this game on PS4/XB1 now but...c'mon Capcom. How many more sales do you need? Make a sequel.
They probably wanted to wait and see if the PC version would sell before spending time and resources on the PS4 and XB1 versions. Capcom seems to be very wary with some of these remasters, like the lack of physical releases for RE HD (initially) and DMC4SE (in the West), and the lack of a PC version for DmC Definitive Edition.
The original was one of Capcom's biggest and most expensive titles ever, with a lot of major staff working on it. I'm gonna say, a lot.
It's just a song...
