Messing around in Photoshop I've come across something, ignoring the obvious Shenmue 'shoop. By inverting the colors and reversing it, I get this

Second line down, looks like it says "_____ Now Open" I can't make out the first word, looks like Shodin or something, I'll keep messing around.
