Cool can't wait to see what U E 4 can do and if my pc can run it at full spec.
Some of us loved the first gears of war multiplayer. I made a ton of friends on it and played it for years. The game was so these with the close quarters shotty battles.
If it isnt browser based then it will almost certainly use GFWL. I'm done with that hassle.
UT F2PDon't get excited.
This is not going to be what you want it to be.
Terminally ill and desperately in need of euthanasia, but few cruel companies keep prolonging its life artificially instead of giving it some merciful rest.Isn't GFWL dead?
Forget Unreal Tournament, I need Unreal III.
Unreal 1 remake first, I don't trust epic to do something new and it to be a good product.
Is gonna be a f2p porn fighting game for Brazzers.
Unreal Tournament 4 on Unreal Engine 4 featuring melee combat from the Championship games, and playing like a proper sequel to UT2K4.
Epic instantly redeemed for wasting six years on Gears.
Oh fuck yes. And make it F2P. All the amazing 2012 multiplayer games are F2P: Tribes Ascend, Firefall, Mechwarrior Online, and Hawken. What a GREAT year for multiplayer gaming.
If its F2P Valve-style, it can have user made content. Encourage it, even.
Considering CliffyB's recent comments on level design, I kinda expect this be a shooter in vein of old school ones.

Hoping this is some sort of warning shot to Sony and MS.
They make an amazing graphical showcase of UE4 on PC, blowing away everthing we have seen this gen by a mile.
Console gamers see it, want it, Sony and MS build consoles that are not dated right out of the gate, and PC gamers get to upgrade their hardware for the first time in a while.
Win win win.
But yeah, it will probably end up being a f2p UT or something....
The only loser is Epic, throwing away millions and millions of dollars.
Is there really a market for arena shooters now? I play TF2 if I want shooty action these days. I might try Tribes if I want something else, and otherwise I'm not really interested in fast-paced shooty action.
