how are you considering Obama the winner? Very few states are actually 100% reported. It might not change at all. But I don't believe you should call the race before its over. Don't quit until its 100% done

an exit poll is not a vote. there is not one state that is 100% reported. I believe that the votes must be 100% counted before you call and election

On the flip side, I can't completely disparage the failure of democracy, since we apparently do not have anything resembling it. Our leader for the next for years will have the official support of about 20% of the country.
