As we know from Sony's financials they aren't even that expensive. Sony has the marketing for multiplatform games and has been churning out way more first party/second/third party exclusives. Microsoft missed the boat if they're now just starting to focus on that while Sony and even Nintendo is in full gear.

Looks like EA's exclusive deal with MS has ended and they went to Sony for a new deal.
Onviously a lesser deal as Legends are available on all platforms now.

Yup, Legends/Icons are now for PS4, Xbox One and PC, no exclusive content.
However by the looks of it, there is indeed some PlayStation marketing level here, I really want to see if a PS4 / FIFA 18 bundle will launch in Europe this autumn.

It will be the other version. The switch release will not be the same as PS4/XB1/PC but it will be Fifa 18.

Given how well the FIFA 17 bundle did for the XB1 last year in the UK, a £199 PS4 FIFA 18 bundle would clean up in Sept/ Oct I imagine.
Edit: checked on Amazon UK. FIFA 17 was #1 game in 2016, and the XB1 Fifa bundle # 1 console SKU.

Fifa is nothing but an UT game now. Gameplay will still be scripted and the servers will always lose connection, They'll just slow the gameplay down to fifa 16 style and people will think it's more realistic than 17 was.
