Those waiting on KH will likely be waiting a long time.

No KH game has been released digitally (common theory is due to the rights of Utada's songs used in the games), and it's mandated that all PS4 games must also be released digitally.

I think it's a bad idea to put this out so soon. Not only are they stepping on the toes of other Final Fantasy releases, I'm not sure a tonne of people are going to want to pay $40 for this a year after the PS3/Vita release. It's not like those sold poorly.

Random thought. What are the chances that this could open the gates to FFX/X-2 PC ports? I mean, porting from PS4 to PC is a lot easier than PS3 to PC isn't it?

Welp, I may double dip. It doesn't work properly on my Super Slim (it and won't load the initial selection menu the first time I boot it up, but after crashing and restarting my ps3 it always works which is a pissoff) so I may just buy the PS4 version since I only played X and not X-2 yet.

NeoGAF isn't an accurate depiction of the video game industry. If it was, Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition would've been a thing people actually remember came out.

The only way I'd consider this (aside from a performance increase from the PS3 version) is if your saves are transferable.

No, but they depict a good portion of it. And you can see people asking for remasters of other games all over the internet, some demanding them even. This is hardly just NeoGAF.
