Sunfire's constant element application is not very synergistic with Mona. Her burst's debuff remains on enemies as long as the bubbles aren't popped but all the reactions going on in sunfire will make that impossible. She's best used in freeze teams (Cryo can't pop the bubbles) or teams where you can carefully set up big nuke damage.
Yup, Resin is the bane of my Genshin experience.
Yea after you hit that point when you've done all the quests and exploration that's when you really feel the limits imposed by resin.

I think all atk speed buffs can stack. Mika's buff is actually 13% at lvl 1 and 22% at lvl 10.

I'm a lot more hopeful after reading this. Geo constructs don't sound mandatory so she should work with Navia.
Once I saw that she basically had a scissor animation that put all of the enemies in a line, I figured she was pretty much a dedicated Navia support. I'm still not sold on this kit as a fucking limited 5* though, sounds like it should be 4*. I don't like the idea of any 5* being a support for one specific type of team or one character in general.
I bet one or both will be "5*" skins too, with the new effects and stuff like Diluc. Zhongli is basically god of China and Xiao is one of their babies that they shoehorn into every event despite him being boring as fuck.
If they're going back to this old rumor, I'd assume Amber's skin is the 3rd one. They mentioned 2 girls and a guy, and she and Sucrose were rumored to be the fairy tale skins like 2+ years ago when those leaks first came out. I have zero hope for any MHY provided skin to be good ever again though, so whatever. Doesn't hurt me by existing but I ain't buying shit.
Mondstadt is always involved in summer in one way or another, thanks to Alice. I hope some year we actually get an appearance by her. Hopefully this year we can finally leave Klee out, I am so fucking sick of her infant yapping in the story cutscenes. She's the only character in the game that actively acts/talks like a baby and it annoys the shit out of me, considering she's probably(?) much older than the other kid characters considering she's part elf (long life species according to Alice) and fucking plays with bombs.
I'm not really getting niche vibes from her with this leak, but I don't have a clear understanding of her kit yet. If she does something with crystallize, she should be able to work in pretty much any team. She never exuded 5-star energy with how unimportant she is to the world and the story, but I'm still at a point where I'll take basically anything as long as it's semi-functional.
That would be unfortunate but I could see it happening. They're both popular characters though with very dedicated fans so it might make sense. It does open up the way for more archon skins. But that would be far off still since these skins are at least a year away. I doubt I'm gonna be willing to spend money on this game when its end draws nearer.

Wonder if they just scrapped her and combined the two kits. I wasn't really impressed with Chiori in the muskets event, and her design got neutered from the original leaks, so there's nothing left keeping me excited/hopeful for her.
I actually liked that middle ground outfit they gave Zhongli in the weird promo for that statue they gave out this patch. It's like halfway between a gentlemanly look and his archon look. Regardless, modders already pre-emptively one-upped MHY again.
I remember how hopeful I was in those days, as an Amber fan. Thinking maybe they'd do a bunny girl costume for her. Ha. Just like how I complained about the "swimsuit" skins that Jean and Barbara got. Modern day Genshin would never even do that much these days, now it'd be 6 layers of sweaters and knee-length cargo shorts.

If the game wasn't still printing money off of the scraps they give players for "kits" these days, I'd say maybe, but as things stand they have no reason to. Plus there's no good lore reason for it outside of the traveler.
They already do this in cutscenes and story battles, but yea that'd be cool too. Not that current Traveler really has any good kits outside of Dendro and maybe on a bad day Anemo.

I would never recommend chasing 4*s, as dictated by my rage pulling for Chevreuse constellations and ending up 2 Yoimiya constellations since I couldn't get a copy.

To be fair, Genshin does that with all of the important characters so far (male or female) except Dottore. But if he becomes playable, I'm sure he'll get a "but I was under mind control the whole time!" If they could make that douchebag Scaramouche playable, I don't think anyone is off the table. The only true villains that stay villains are NPCs.
Ah yes, Emilie. I saw people talking about her before as a potential character to be released in 4.X but I didn't know who se was. The voice lines about her still mention her being a perfumer, so she's likely still coming. A character that could put enemies asleep or confuse them could be cool, but I doubt they'd do something like that for just one character.
Had to looks this up, but the summer skins came out in the summer of 2021, whereas I see media talking about the alternate censored skins by January '22. They were probably developed around the same time, or maybe it was the summer skins that set everything in motion in the first place.
We can only hope the fatui with the giant nose becomes playable soon.

Her ability does a dash attack and then summons a puppet/turret. An additional puppet is summoned if there's a Geo construct on the field at its location. The puppets can be set to do coordinated attacks (like Yelan) or to be autonomous (like Fischl). It's unclear to me whether the turrets are immobile.

I'm still not sure I get it, but my interest is so low that I'll just wait until they release some gameplay leaks before I think about it one way or the other. It sounds like she has some complicated passives moreso than her skill or Burst being difficult to understand. If I'm reading it right, using her elemental skill twice in a row auto swaps out the character? Why on earth would we need that? how does it choose who to swap to?
I don't really get the swapping either. You can already swap whenever and to whomever you want. We don't need a skill for that. Guess we'll see how that works.
