The power to auto convert img tags to url tags is awesome.I don't mind the 12mb gifs until people quote them. If you do quote it you should probably remove the img tags, but no one seems to care.

This is something I plan on adhering to. I've got no problem resizing my gifs if it's for the greater good.If it's too big for imgur it's too big to post as a reply on GAF.

jasc animation studio, open up the gif, and reduce the amount of frames while adjusting the playback speed. You can search for the thread, by alrighstart I believe.
It works!!!
You can reduce frames in GifCam by opening Edit, right click, click Delete Even Frames.
