Great thread. Here's a couple of mine (awful photos, I really need a new camera):

Bioshock fan art, downloaded after a Google images search, printed on my home inkjet printer on to semi-gloss photo paper and mounted in an eBay frame

My Mario homage. Just applied simple Photoshop filters to a classic image 48 times, printed them at home on semi-gloss photo paper and mounted them in aluminium frames. I think I did permanent nerve damage to my left thumb making the 192 cuts in the mount board, but I guess you need to suffer for your art...

I'm surprised there's nothing Mass Effect-related posted yet. The official lithographs are pretty sweet (I have the Illium and Omega ones, not my photos though), and the games have a lot of concept art and fan art that would look good on a wall.

The Citadel in particular looks pretty gorgeous.
