Deleting photos and videos did the trick for me - deleting apps did not.

Rockstar Social site uses its own log in, so whatever one you were using already to log into the website.

you don't really. you should be good if you got to that receipt screen and it said "order sent".

you can have your friend test your name to make sure it's claimed.

Had that once this morning, but cleared up after a couple tries. I just assumed servers were getting slammed as the game gets in more hands around the world, and more people find out about iFruit.

I'm guessing the game either doesn't include a manual or decided to REALLY run with the brochure angle instead. Actually I think I'd prefer that last one, and either way going 100 pages would balance it out anyway.
