Sorry for bumping this, but I thought this would be interesting for those who looking forward to Asian English release, 3 new video from the Gamestart 2015 fair

Demo gameplay which is probably based from TGS stream event demo (which is still japanese), judging by the lack of separate(/) in the bar cost.

PV1 but with english subtitle

All credits goes to the uploader, who also posted in GFAQ

Seems that play-asia store page has updated now, Feb 2016 according to them, a few months after the JP release.

$57 is the price too.

Just when my damn OG Vita broke >_> Gave me the best gaming experience of my life though (P4G).
Tied with a few others

Is it worth getting a new vita on the cheap? I haven't kept up to date with what games have come out in the past few months.

Man, I was talking with some Japanese arcade players and my roommate who also does GvG tourney stuff and we had some convos thanks to the revealed footage.

It really sucks how hard they've fucked this up. The movement's all wrong, for one thing. It's more like a Battle Universe game than an actual GvG. Fine for casual players but little else.

Don't know about that. The PV1 pretty much looks like Full Boost.

Is there an extended video of someone playing in free look mode or whatever it's called? Because that's about the only thing I can think of that might be completely wrong.

I've always wanted to know how many speak English in Asia. It must be more people than I assume as it costs money to translate games that will never see North America.

Hard choice. Obviously english localization forever but I don't know how it'll do with DLC. Then again I don't know much between Vita and multiple regions since I have to deal with having one memory card.

Interesting, for the English translation, they are using localized names. Right off the bat, God Gundam is called Burning Gundam.

The graphics look unusually good... but I'm starting to become concerned that they capped the framerate to 30fps. Not even the PSP games were locked at 30, 8 unit battles be damned!

EDIT: Well shit. This off cam footage is 60fps, but the gameplay itself...

I hope 2v2 is 60... to think that Next Plus on what basically amounts to an overclocked PS1 handheld was 60, while this OG Xbox + modern arch/shaders level handheld can't do more than 30...

speaking of resolution, what did EXVS and Full Boost run at on PS3? They're really soft looking, but maybe that was just their AA solution.

It makes sense if the framerate is capped at 30, given how much stuff they're putting on the screen in that trailer. I think it looks pretty neat, but I'll be amazed if the game can even stay at 30 with everything going on, given the Vita hardware.

Thanks for the PV, still excited for this game, pre ordered Asian English version with fastest shipping.
However, I sincerely hope that at least there are more than 70 - 80 playable units. The current roster, counting from this PV as well, is about 41 playable units... PSP Gundam vs Gundam Next Plus have almost 70 units.
Dunno bout the hardware aspect, but if Vita can handle Gundam breaker 2, than IMO it should able to handle this as well.
