So it's likely(depending on the gap this month) next month 360 will overtake YTD Wii sales if for only a couple of months.

And with PS3 taking over YTD Wii sales in Japan I need to page schuelma to start beating that Wii2 drum again.

guys relax, 360 outselling Wii was just a one month fluke, 23 min till pretend vindication ( as long as you forget about last month).

Good chance 360 will be on top for at least a month or two (Halo: Reach bump will extend price cut bump). Once the holidays come around it'll probably go back to business as usual (DS>WII>360>PS3>>PSP). The real fun will be trying to figure out how Kinect and Move will fare this holiday.

well next year will be intresting to predict each month..

3DS will slow down all DS sales or not immediately ?
PSP will be still tracked or fall under 50k like ps2 ? :D
Kinect will push X360 sales ahead of wii constantly ?
Move will close the gap between x360 and ps3 ?
Ps3, Wii , X360 price cut happen in spring ?

we will see :)

All Nintendo has to do is drop the price of Wii to $150 this holiday season and checkmate. Sony doesn't have the PR machine behind Move but Microsoft doesn't seem to have enough exclusive games lined up for 2011. Nintendo only needs to keep Kinect from becoming a hit and Sony from outdoing their software and they can ride it out till the end of next year and launch their next system.
