Has a single Sony first party/funded game like this been PS4 since launch? They seem pretty damn all-in, no God of War 2 situation this time

They do shooters well, but I'd like to see them try a different genre. I loved SSHD and Resogun. PEACE.

They've made rather diverse games over the years. Including a platformer and a golf game in 2011 and 2008.

In the resogun video, there's a lot of space related things in the background.(Stardust?!)
And the corn flakes could be a direct hint to aliens and crop fields.

I guess the Dead Nation thing could've just been them hinting at the PS4 version.

Kong: Back in September last year you released a RESOGUN introduction video, but right at the end (just before one of your colleagues was conveniently interrupted and attacked by the lurking zombie, I don't know why he didn't just headshot him in the first place) there was word that you had a new title coming to the PS4? Was this Dead Nation: Apocalypse Edition or is this the "other PS4 project" you spoke about earlier?

Tommaso: We realized afterwards that that video gives away A LOT more than we initially intended. Luckily people failed to put the pieces together, I guess. At that point we knew that Climax Studios was working on the PS4-PSVita ports, but the video wasn't referring to those, so I'd suggest you start watching it in loop until you have a eureka moment

Tommaso: Depends what's AAA in your mind, we trust we deliver absolutely quality games. Small experiences certainly, but if you mean do we plan to have 400 people on the payroll, the answer is not in the foreseeable future. That said the other PS4 project we are working on is the biggest project we have been working on so far

I wonder if it's a new Alien Incident. It's a point and click adventure apparently, and just the idea of having a static background of clues in the first video is reminiscent of that kind of game.

People pored over the stuff on the shelves in the background but, well, speaking only for myself, didn't get very far.

Can anyone put those three glowing orbs in the sky into some kind of context with the old YT video and pre-empt tomorrow's announce? Is there some kind of retro space shooter that ties something there with this new video?

Really hoping for a new IP. We just got the Resogun Heros pack, I don't want any new levels for that game, I want to see what other juices these lads have flowing through them. Lets have it!

But their last few games have been Dead Nation, Outland and Resogun. They're certainly entitled to be making a sequel if they want.

I'm not a Resogun superfan, but to me this was the coolest looking game at Gamescom.
