Bough an ally to replace my 7-8 years old gaming laptop (gtx1060).
Really nice device but no way to play that on tv/ monitor. Everything looks so low and cell shaded . My laptop is still better, wrong expectations planning to use as hybrid.
My device had no hardware issues as other but, randomly boot in bios. Randomly stop touch screen. Cracking noise when playing in 10 w, issued reading Sd card, issue turn on and off, issue with fingerprint reader and many other small problems, was never sit and play even after all the setup. Mostly windows related but my windows laptop never had this amount of issues in one week.. not even in 7 years .
I bought the Ally in Japan for 109.000:
In return I got;
Xbox series X : 60.000 (new)
SF 6 : 7000 (ps5)
FFXVI: cheaper than normal ( employee promotion) (ps5)
Planning to buy : Harry Potter (ps5)
Today gonna go out and get some nice sushi. Still money left .
As an Sony guy buying an Xbox to finish the games I started using ally, Microsoft did well with the 3 months game pass.
