Just to be clear, the drops only occur beyond like 8 feet, right?

If it's not fixed there's going to be a lot of loud voices. Nintendo needs to publicly address this.

How peculiar that it seemed to provide a fix for some users and not others. What does this say about the problem? If it was a universal hardware flaw, nothing would be fixed. If it was software, everybody with the update should have had more signal success.

If that's the case then how do the controllers still work when the device is in Airplane Mode? Doesn't that disable Bluetooth?

Who the hell ever turns their phones or anything onto airplane mode anyway, I sure as hell never do. It's like taking your shoes off going through security, ridiculous and pointless ritualistic nonsense.

Is anybody ever going to stop you during a flight seeing you using the joycons without wires and throw you off, not a chance. Are the joycons going to make the plane go down in the pacific? Not a chance. Enjoy your tabletop mode.
