I'm 5' 6" and the weight I'm going for is 190. I'm a heavy 235 right now. I've never been thin but I have been ~ 190 in the last few years and it was great.

Cardio (besides the stairmaster) is for old people and for women who'd rather text than step into the iron church, load 185 on the bar, and build that butt thunder.

6'2 240 lbs, down from 260 earlier this year. I want to cut down to 220 lbs but I love eating.

struggle is real.

I thought you were like 6'6".

6' down from a lovely bulk high of 235 on new years to 206 right now. Should probably get down to 190 to uncover all those abs but life fucking sucks.

I miss bench records and I miss cookies.

Probably something I should consider, since my back and knees already aren't great at 31. Not quite as nimble as I used to be.

No excuse.

Lifestyle change and what you eat and quantity go a long way.

My wife lost sooooooooooooo much weight by cycling to work and eating better, and made a ground rule never to eat past 3pm. No gym, just self discipline.

While I sit there eating pizza and red bull. I'm a lazy fuck. Don't be like me.

Weight is not an issue for me really. I've got a pretty good build at the moment. Not fat, not too skinny, and little a bit of muscle.

Stopped drinking beer/booze almost altogether. Diet is ok, I don't eat total garbage at least.

Not exercising is my issue.

Double Main Event!

GWF introduces a new tournament known as the Best of the Super Junior Members! Talent that is new to GWF or simply not had their moment in the limelight will compete in an 8 man single elimination tournament to crown the inaugural Best of the Super Junior Members [being a Junior Member on NeoGAF is not a requirement]. The final two surviving participants in this tournament will compete in the first half of our main event for a chance to not only become the first ever BotSJM winner, but also to become the number one contender for the GWF World Championship at GWF 6!

In the second half of our double main event, WrassleGAF's Ultraviolence Month caps off with a Tables, Ladders, and Chairs Match for the GWF Championship. After the referee controversy during Hasney's unexpected cash-in against Beefy at GWF4, the GWF front office has determined that the GWF Championship will be suspended high above the ring and that the true champion will have to reach up and grab the gold themselves! This is the first time the most precious title in the game will be fought for in such a manner, and it will almost certainly be the most brutal bought for the gold yet.

And now, ladies and gentlemen, I introduce to you the participants in the Best of the Super Junior Members tournament, the first round match-ups, and the card as a whole. There will be five new GWF superstars debuting in this tournament, yes you read that right - five!

I guess I am one of the CW here:

5 ft 7 and 145 pounds.

I am vegan, mostly drink water and sometimes coconut water or almond drinks.

Eat lots of veggies, fruits and beans.

Always avoid things with sugar, but it is kinda hard in Mexico since most products have lots of sugar.

I walk a lot, always do some stretching in the morning and go to aerial dance classes (hoop) three times a week.

I am pretty fit and slowly building some muscle after 10 years of not doing any type of exercise other than walking.

I would love to go to a big wrestling weekend. I flew to NYC from the UK for a few days for the ROH A New Level show in 2008 with friends but I havent done anything like it since.

Granted I have a family now and responsibilities but wrestling needs my love too, I clearly have needs.

Running 10KM a day would destroy your knees though. I mean, if you were a marathon runner or something you'd be fine but for the average dude, while 6.2 miles isn't that much, doing it 7 days a week would suck.

You can do it as long as you taper to it. Jumping right into that routine is going to have a BAD day
