Kojima: Think of MGS5's story like a TV show - missions are like episodes, completing them moves the story forward, but it's not linear. You can choose different missions, but of course there's an overarching story to it all.
A: Fundamentally, they're the same. Obviously in PP you have a much larger area to play in, and the time of day provides more choices for the player. There are also new weapons, items, etc., so more opportunities for different actions. We also took feedback from players after PP shipped, so some things that were hard to use have been slightly streamlined, though the gameplay is essentially the same.
Eh, not much new info at all.
Though apparently even more new cardboard box mechanics are in store for E3!
Guys, bear with me for a second. Having the possibility to burst out of a cardboard box is cool, having a humoungous map is pretty cool. But having a humounguous map with kojima productions attention to detail?
Kojima: "I'm going to show a glimpse of gameplay during Kojima station"
Kojima station starts, every 5 minutes, "WHERE'S THE GAMEPLAY?" "STOP TROLLING"
Shows gameplay as promised.
"SO SHORT! WHAT A TROLL!"
The game looks amazing in PS4 but guys, the textures are seriously in need of improvement... to those who keep saying about ground zeroes, yes it looks great but try and look at the graound textures, rocks etc and you'll see that there are some pretty fugly textures in there... i wouldnt even call them ps3 gen textures...
What did you people expect he said it would be a short sneak peak at what they're showing at E3. I thought that was great, definitely worth staying up for.
It's exactly what I expected which is why I didn't stay up for the whole thing. Having watched Japanese Kojima Stations before I knew most of it would be a hole bunch of nothing.
I played it on Xbox one, and it wasn't so good graphics wise, maybe due to the 720p version, and i already have a gaming pc(r9 290, fx8350 oc) where i play all the multiplatform games maxed out on1080p, perhaps this is also why i don't feel MGS V graphics that good.

As far as overall aesthetics go, I disagree. I'm a big PC gamer myself, and despite that, I can appreciate the visuals of the consoles. I have a very different idea of "Next Gen". I don't expect most of it to knock my socks off, because Generations are based in a console world. I'm still amazed whenever I play Dragon's Dogma, and on PC, that game would look like steaming shite.
