Blatant anime and game fans really do tend to be the most awkward and lifeskill inept. Back in high school, there was a guy who would run through the hall screaming Captain Falcon quotes if he saw someone he knew. So much cringe.
A couple years ago at college, I dressed up as L for Halloween, and some guy recognized the character. We talked about Death Note for a bit, but he wouldn't stop following me. I had a library shift coming up, so I had to take off the costume. Dude stood at the bathroom entrance, just staring at me as I'm washing off the makeup. He eventually buggered off once we got to the Library. Never really saw him again after that.
We recently got a gaming lab, like 40 Alienware PCs, and it's just as awful as you can imagine. Disgustingly hot, smells like armpits, asscrack, and probably a mix of other bodily fluids, epic League of Legends/twitch memes being mumbled across the room, and computers filled with malware. I'm terrified of what these peoples' home computers must be like.
