Non-Halo game from 343i would be nice as they have great and talented people but their record with Halo has been.....spotty, but it'll never happen sadly.Give Halo to Starbreeze
Halo 5 is the best playing Halo in the series.

There's a reason I said Spotty and not bad. Although I do have serious problems with the story and the aesthetics of H5 I will admit it plays very smoothly.Halo 5 is the best playing Halo in the series.
That just means it is a Win10 store app, though.
I'd put money on it being a Quantum Break tie-in.
New name for Recore?
Halo 6: Fragments ?
Gears of War: Fragments
Scalebound

Quantum Break

Sunset Overdrive
Ryse Son of Rome

D4
Dat Forza/Halo/Gears
Sounds like it could be a Hololense thing.
Sunset Overdrive, Ryse and D4 are not Microsoft first party IP though.
Cobalt (Mojang), Project Knoxville (Press Play) on the other hand are other examples of MS new IP. Phil is making huge moves on the first party side, people that think otherwise are foolish.
Phil has mentioned PD a lot lately. It is not cancelled. They made the right move getting that team off the project because it looked like shit. Actual fans of Phantom Dust should be thanking them for switching Devs. I do feel sorry for the studio that closed but it looked bad in many ways. It's about people's hearts after they cancelled Phantom Dust.

"Xbox only has Halo Forza Gears" is the equivalent to "PS4 has no games".
It already has an ESRB rating
Pretty much.

Honest question, how many of those do Microsoft own the IP?
All of them except Sunset, Ryse, D4 and Ori

Whatever it is, it's shown up on the Windows Store. Its obviously not meant to be viewable yet so you cant search for it, but you can get there by entering this run command:
Code:ms-windows-store://pdp/?productId=9NBLGGH5GGM8
Fragments is such a generic name for a game. Possibly second only to Horizon: Zero Dawn.
Lmfao!
Sunset Overdrive/Conker hybrid by Insomniac. What's Wisteria? (EDIT: Ahh, the color of the background).
Nevertheless, there are more apps popping up
Young Conker? (Perhaps sequel to Conker's Bad Fur Day?)
P.S. Sunset Orange is also referring to the color, not Sunset Overdrive.
How did you know the product id?
https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/store/apps/rise-of-the-tomb-raider/9nblggh6crsz
I didn't. WalkingCat (the Twitter account that I linked the image to) did. I'm not sure how he got it, but the app ID is shown in the URL whenever you visit the web version of the Windows Store. For example the URL for ROTR:
Code:https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/store/apps/rise-of-the-tomb-raider/9nblggh6crsz
So I assume he was doing some deep digging in the web version of the store -- as he often does on many different MS sites -- and came across Fragments.
M rating makes me hopeful it's not just more Windows Store filler.
MS owns Ori and D4. So just Ryse and Sunset.
Spencer has done nothing to earn the notion of him creating a big focus on new IP. Last time i checked they're still talking forza, halo and gears.
I just love how he made that comment that doesn't address the OP at all and didn't even follow up his claim. And there it is, like clockwork.
Sounds like a satire on modern gaming.

If that really is rated M it sounds like it could be actual game, not just mobile filler. I'm always stoked to see new IP's, more interesting than seeing sequels to known franchises.
