This will be the first show for the new MMA promotion called World Series Of Fighting. The Main Event is a heavyweight match featuring Former UFC Heavyweight Champion Andrei Arlovski (as long as he doesn't get KO'd by a stiff breeze during his walkout to the cage) vs Convicted Sex Offender (lol but seriously it's complicated). This fight is pretty much inconsequential in the grand scheme of MMA but there are some other fights on the undercard that have the potential to be pretty good including former UFC welterweight Anthony Johnson (fighting at Light Heavyweight now, lol), former UFC Bantamweight Miguel Torres, and the highly anticipated MMA debut of former K-1 kickboxing star Tyrone *****. Yeah, Evilore has some apparent long standing vendetta against the man because his last name gets censored on this site, but it's ok, whatevz.

The main card on Saturday 11/3 starts at 7:30pm PT/10:30pm ET and is free to watch on the NBC Sports Network.

BONUS: The prelim card will stream live from Sherdog.com starting at 4:45pm PT/7:45pm ET

I know normally non-UFC shows don't get threads in the OT but there's been a UFC draught, this has a good chance of being some good MMA and it's WSOF's first show.

Former K-1 kickboxer and Xtreme Couture coach Ray Sefo is the president of the promotion. Also, Frankie Edgar's manager is apparently involved in some capacity as well.
