9-30 years seems a bit excessive. I would give her 5. Obviously this is pretty fucked up, but there's a difference between consensual sex with a 14-year old and say, drugging a 9 year old and raping them.

(yes, I'm aware its statutory rape but blah-dee-blah, I'm talking about non-consensual sex = rape here)

It's not some secret that in the US a 14 year old is not old enough to give consent to have sex. If it was a 30 year old man and his 14 year old daughter would you feel the same?
