Too bad about the issues still njot being fixed, hopefully they won't impact my enjoyment too much. The packaging is nice though.

Ooo, that's nice. Where'd you pick that up, if you don't mind me asking?

ebay, £50.

Absolute insane find, as most of that quality are double that. And having previously owned a backlit GBP before, I'm blown away by this one. It's better than the Game Boy Light imo.

Using a couple of Energizer 800mAh rechargeable AAA batteries - got almost entirely through Wario Land and they have no sign of running low. Awesome.

Gotcha. It's super nice. I might have to look on eBay for one myself. Thanks for the info!

Deathwing, the Destroyer by Sidesbow Collectibles

It took more than a year for it to finally arrive after being announced, placed the order in Januari 2015 and it was unveiled way before that as well but i can safely say it was worth the wait. This thing is HUGE!

I haven't been a WoW player in a long time but that is absolutely awesome!

Aftermarket shell, from what I can see on the listing.

Indeed it is, but it is absolutely equivalent to my launch era Game Boy Pocket (which I got back in 1997, here in the UK) in every way. It's absolutely exceptional in quality.

Just came back from a retro convention and of course I picked up some stuff.

Finally able to get PSIV for a somewhat decent price and I always wanted to try Gaiares.

I only bought Street Fighter V because I found it for US$30 when there was a error on a brazilian retailer's website.

These are kinda embarrassing but whatever...
I got a bunch of DragonBall Z DVDs!
I had some when I was younger, but never a whole "saga's" worth and gave them to my Pop when I moved out. He brought them over last time him and me Ma visited because he wanted the extra shelf space. It made me want to buy more.

I think Ginyu's cool and all, but I'm not sure why I bought those two DVDs of him. I plan on getting the "Saiyan" and "Frieza" sagas in one of their newer releases. It'd be cheaper that way. With those two Trunks DVDs and that "A Moment's Peace" DVD, I have everything Cell-related now.
I bought a DBZ Kai Bluray a year or two ago, and I was actually disappointed it didn't have the Saiyaman stuff in it. I actually liked that stuff and from what I remember I thought it was funny. I think it's all included in the newer releases though anyways. Well, I got them all now, though. I need to get like 20 more DVDs to get everything Majin Buu related (geez!). It'd be cheaper to get the newer release "seasons" but I just want these old DVDs for some reason. I don't know why. It'd be nice to have the Saiyan invasion and Frieza stories in these old versions, but some of those discs are too expensive for me now. I'll get the ones that are only like 7 bucks while I can.

Nice! Glad you dig it man. I didn't work on Deathwing, but I designed the Kerrigan statue a few years back. Lots of work goes into these things so it's awesome to see people diggin em, and seeing them in the wild! Hope you've got space for that thing!

Was there (Helmond) too. Only picked up a number of PS2 games. I liked the previous location in Deurne better. But apparently the company they rented that place from last year went under. So they had to change locations last minute.

I heard that they signed a five-year deal with this new place.

A little later than most people (I'm 26), but not bad for a first car if I do say so myself.

You do you man. I got mine when I was 18 (maybe? around there anyhow) and it's a 2002 Suzuki Aerio that's still trucking along since I barely drive it. I got rear-ended and the body shop only had a 'sport' model backend available so now I've got a frankensteined car. Pure class.

It's probably better to start off with something good anyhow.

This was alright, bit too cramped, but I'm starting to get used to that :). Good convention this time, lots of Sega which isn't always the case.

I've been told before by some sellers that if you want Sega games, you need to go to Belgian conventions. Netherlands are Nintendo land, so to speak.

Not sure how accurate that is though. There were quite a number of Belgian sellers at the convention today too after all.

tomorrow is d-day and i'll post all the haul for the month :X
i pretty much just received the stuff starting from 22 of feb, as i was abroad for business, thus stuff piled up in my office while i was away :X

WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?

Yeah. That was kind of the reason I went for such a recent car for my first. Only a year and a half old which means it's got a good chunk of life ahead of it, but it also means that someone else has already taken the depreciation hit on it and broken it in for me haha.

I bought my first car around the same age as you (parents bought my previous one), so I don't think you're too late =P.

Nice car though! Making the monthly payments is what sucks.

Well the thing is I didn't have *my own* car until now. Been sharing with my family while I went to college/started my job. Trying to change a lot of things in my life this year, and this was the first big step. Now to start working out, and hopefully dating again which I haven't done in years (and it will be much nicer to pick up a girl for a date in a Mazda 3 than in a fucking hyundai minivan hahaha).

And yeah, I had a pretty ridiculous downpayment just to keep my monthly payments nice and low.

got my first car at 30. lol

To be fair it probably depends on where you live. I live in the Phoenix area so everything is pretty much suburbia and was about time for me to have my own. Got some friends in new york who don't even have a license so yeah.

I want to throw this little shit through a window and punch it's crap in because of how infuriating it was to get it working @_@
