It's not a resting heart rate just because he isn't doing anything physical.
Darbian (Super Mario Bros Any% WR holder) says his heart rate is a little under 70, but when he's streaming runs it tends to sit between 90-100 a lot, and can climb to 150+ in the final moments. Probably means all the more after they've put thousands or tens of thousands of attempts in too.
I'm glad Torje took the world record back. It's been a long time coming though, some of his recent de-rust runs looked very promising and it was bound to happen at some point. Can't see sub 17 happening unless new optimisations/tech is found.
