I remember those Tricell hazmat guys at the end of Degeneration now, although it's obvious that Tricell was created for RE5 rather than Degeneration. I'd completely forgotten that Terrasave was established in it.

The Red Queen is from the live action movies, not the CG ones.

Outside of the Red Queen, the Laser Hallways in Umbrella Chronicles and RE4 are most definitely inspired by the movies. The Licker design in RE5 is definitely inspired by the Licker design in the first Resident Evil film. Red Queen also appears in Revelations 2.

For the CG films, it's mostly already been mentioned, but Claire being with TerraSave is established in Degeneration and they play a fairly big role in Revelations 2. Also, there's a radio in Revelations 2 talking in Russian that's referencing the events of Damnation.
