I don't expect megatons but it seems like Directs are failing to do what they were created to do. It's difficult to create hype or give a sense of "directness" when you're so stingy with info.

Not as much as I should, both series are several games in. Its kind of daunting for me to pick a spot to start.

I've accepted we simply aren't getting Dragon Quest X. Better to track down an old copy of Dragon Quest IX for the DS. Dragon Quest XI for the 3DS is more likely as well. That is unless Square Enix goes completely ass backwards stupid and decides to make it into a smartphone game. With them you never know but last I checked Dragon Quest isn't handled by those making decisions about everything else at Square Enix. So it should be safe.

I think a F2P format might be good for the current WiiU install base. Maybe do a bundle too idk

At the first Nintendo direct they stole the Thunder by announcing Monster Hunter 3G for 3DS, let alone MH4. After that everyone expects something close for every single direct :(

It's 2013! And we paid lots of money for wii u!, smb 3 should not be announced. It should be there day 1!!

o_0 The overreaction is a bit much don't you think? Plus who's to say we won't get a direct in early October to further announce concrete dates and touch up on more info about DKTF, The Fall Update, 3D World, and so on. Also not all the Triforce shards are in the ocean in the original WW, there are a few that are in chests.
