Somebody wanna check fast rmx, botw, and other game framerate+resolution performances? Could supposedly fix the GPU performance glitch for those games. I won't be a le to check for another 2.5 hours. /:

Uh, whats this HDMI issue people are talking about? First time hearing about this.
Receivers have a tendency to switch to the Switcheven when it isn't meant to be in use. It just kind of sends a "hey, turn me on" signal every once and a while. People say they are watching TV or playing PS4 or something and then the Switch will just take over.(lol)
It's not a bug, it's a feature.

Advocate for folders???I don't know what to say.
So just backend stuff? I wonder if they fixed the sound lag on opening the friends menu.
PS4 better watch out. Switch off to a hot start with a stability update mere weeks after launch.
In Ars Technica fashion if they keep up this pace they'll eclipse PS4's stability by April 2021
I left my charts at home. Just take this info at face value.

Oh I see. This might sound weird, but this is a non-issue for me then. I don't have a permanent setup so I manually plug and unplug all of my devices to my TV before and after use.
Going to arbitrary web pages isn't the exploit, it's a old WebKit vulnerability that's the exploit. In case anyone is wondering, it didn't. I just updated and am posting this from my Switch.

Perhaps this fixes the resource drain that the Fast RMX devs were talking about?
There are also a number of small glitches and features that I'd like to see fixed and added, respectively, but I'm guessing that's more of a 3.0 type of update.
I think he means the actual webkit exploit, not the workaround to make use of the switch mini browser. In case anyone is wondering, it didn't. I just updated and am posting this from my Switch.

On it now. Will report back.
Activity log!I don't know what to say.

This is probably blocking the browser exploit
LOLI don't think they're aware the system has a friends menu
It happens. Just wanted to finish Vah Ruta in 5 minutes and it turned into 30 minutes. I had a midterm today.I played a bit of Zelda
a certain forest that was framey before is still framey
that's all I did, I got sidetracked cooking raw meat near goron city lol
Alright, so I ran around both Kakoriko Village and the Forest of Spirits in Zelda, and it varies. I had absolutely no framerate issues in portable mode in either area, but docked mode still dips quite a bit. You used to be able to stare down at the village from the south exit and it would just tank, but not anymore. However, going down the slopes to the village can still cause heavy drops. The forest (and probably most foliage heavy places) are as bad as ever.
Fast RMX, I noticed absolutely no issues docked or portable, but admittedly this game is extremely fast so it was a bit hard to tell. But there were parts where the framerate used to dip just a bit, and those seem to be gone. That's my analysis. Anyone else?
TBH, i didn't note a single difference, i honestly doub't that firmware updates will fix game specific problems, i think those possibly will be fixed in the future with per game updates. Nintendo could make our lives much easier if they told us what the hell the update does...
