360 still would have sold too. Next year I doubt it will to the same degree and 720 won't make up for the decline.

I think we may get more discrete numbers from Sony since they likely sold a bit themselves. Not sure about Vita or PSP numbers though. Nintendo, probably not certain.
I don't think they could of done it this year while they were focusing on Windows 8, Surface and WP8 this Fall.

Discrete or concrete? If they sold a lot wouldn't they want to make it known? Then again they usually don't no matter how much they sell.
Don't we usually get that in the press release and not a tweet?
Although with the Wii U, the % is likely a fair amount lower than usual.
Would they even include wiiu in that number? I think they always use the term current gen.

Didn't they already say twice as much as any other system? So well under 860k.
They say 'nearly double every other console' so min for PS3 is 630k, but if it were 860 I doubt they'd say nearly. Never know though.

Somewhere between 650k and 750k - thats quite a range.
Waited longer than usual hoping that Sony or another news place would come through with PS3, but, alas, no dice. Therefore, no numbers in the results again. Think we've maybe been able to have numbers in the results 1-2 months this year?
