Depends, if you are just cheerleading XBO failures then yes but if you legitimately were dissatisfied with it or something then joy away.

For me I hope cod tanks and they do something with their netcode. I bought it just for some quick stupid fun and it even fails at that. Lag, hit detection, connection problems, I don't know how a game marketed as multiplayer can run like that and sell any copies... The companies and their apologists are great at hiding the truth.
Reminds me of bf4. You would regularly see posts about how it was fixed even though it clearly was horrendous

Does Italy have a history of PES charting high? Goes against most other countries, where PES on launch charted below pretty much all console SKU's of FIFA15.

Anyways, Halo MCC seems to have dropped quite a bit, maybe just front-loaded though with all the bundling. Still doesn't seem great.

We know all formats DA:I sold less than 83,346. Thus we know that on XB1 DA:I sold less than 25,004 and thus Halo MCC sold less than 25k this past week.

It's probably notably under that higher bound though as DA:I is probably under 80k

It could be that Halo simply isn't the draw it once was.

You could also argue it's only a collection and so people won't be as in a mad rush to go out and buy it, but it still doesn't seem to have done particularly well.

Or it could just be a case that as it's no longer bundled, people aren't interested in buying it,which brings us back to the first point about Halo not being as appealing as it one was.

Halo could certainly be less popular I suppose although I think it's probably more the fact it's a remaster/collection of older games. There is still plenty of discussion on The Last of US and GTAV via the media ever since last year, they are perhaps fresher games and maybe that has a positive impact? TLOU would play well to any non-PS3 PS4 owners especially and I guess like at least one solitary soul on the PS3/360 probably didn't buy GTAV last year? I really don't know.

Halo is definitely in decline, but not that kind of decline (yet, anyway). It's oossible Halo 4 just pissed everyone off. It did to me. But I bought mcc to play halo 3.

It would have made more sense to include odst since it desperately needed the upres. And reach since it shits on Halo 4. But whatever, the title of the game forbade it!

Yup I agree about COD, I have it n Ps4 and its trash. Word of mouth is no longer good for this game.

They promised dedicated servers and too cheaper option with listen servers (p2P) but seemed to have solved host migration (but have so many other issues). Activision just got too greedy.

Glad to see buggy games dropping quicker than expected for their pedigree (MCC and Unity) = gamers deserve better than this

Has DA:I received any real advertising anywhere? I haven't seen a single ad for it in the US. I wonder if that's why it doesn't seem to be charting so high?

83k sounds bad for da, but that's only for a week, not the month, so maybe it looks bad comparing it to numbers we get for npd. And yes, I know, lots of games are front loaded.

I just really hope da does well. It's my goty. I want bioware to be able to keep making dragon age games.

I think with a heavily loaded week people bought GTA and Far Cry first....I did, but will pick it up before Xmas anyway

Observation ; no WiiU titles in UK top 40 at all and 2 3DS titles.

Amazing how different UK and Japan charts are.

It's a shame that they didn't state the drop for Halo MCC, because we'd have a much better estimate of its week 1 than what we currently have. Oh well.

MCC's drop in the german charts is impressively large although I guess that kind of indicates where the install base is and the type of demographics purchasing habits on such a system.

GTA bundle apparently sells massively on Amazon.de.

Amazon went out of stock yesterday evening and the only way to get one is via marketplaces offers. (price climbed from 399€ to 480€ overnight)

I've been weary ever since it's random initial appearance at E3. It just came out of nowhere.

One might think Sony forced it out early to fill a gap in their holiday lineup.

Should've been a late January release like LBP2 was. That extra development time would've helped the team squash all the bugs that are currently blighting the game as well and enabled them to release a more polished product.

It also doesn't help that its one of the more expensive new releases in the UK, selling for on average £48. That's a stupid amount to expect someone to pay.
