Not sure if Europe is ever getting it fellow Red Dwarf fan, but there are ways to buy stuff from the US store (www.etropay.com for example) and the betas should work with a UK account (I got accepted into the Warhawk beta with my US account, it was meant to be US exclusive but it worked fine on my UK account).

Aeon, i just bought the Japanese version of Siren today, its got full English voice AND text (in options you can choose the language of choice). Save space + own the whole game at once without a long installation.

Are you sure about that? I don't remember seeing English text as an option (not that it matters to me anyway). But then again I own the Japanese PSN Survival Promo version of it.

So, basically, the reason the U.S. PSN Store is lacking in PSone games is because of the trouble with the many licenses featured in games and the lack of effort in remedying that problem.
