Merry Christmas! Went for a Boxing Day stroll in Ashdown Forest

Earlier this week, my wife and I got back from our West Coast vacation.
I figured I'll close out 2012 with a bang. Here's a few pics from our vacation. My wife is still shy about her pics, so I'll only show mine.
Las Vegas
I'm easily amused at gift shops.
And hotel beds.
Getting ready for a night on the town.
First stop - Top of the Stratosphere
Apparently, I couldn't ride the rides.
Ooh, gift shop.
Base of the Stratosphere.
Inside Treasure Island.
I believe this was near MGM.
At the Bellagio.
Ceasar's Palace
Inside Ceasar's Palace, doing Gangnam Style with a dancer.
Inside the Luxor.
Dinner before our show.
At our show.
At and inside the Venetian.
Inside the Bellagio.
Taking the bus down the Vegas strip.
Grand Canyon
At Eagle Point.
Near the Skywalk. We did walk on it and had our pics taken by their staff, but no solo shots of me.
Got a bit too close to the edge.

It's very calm up there.
At the edge of the world.

Hoover Dam
Hoover Dam gift shop.
Los Angeles
Found Bruce Lee's star on the Walk of Fame.
At Universal Studios with a bunch of Who's.
With Shrek and Fiona.
They caught the shark, but the shark caught me.
With Bumblebee.
Jurassic Park gift shop.
Overlooking the studio.
With the cast of the Waterworld stunt show.
Meeting the classics.
I don't know who they were, but I wanted a picture.
Disneyland
On the Jungle Cruise ride.
Wait, there's someone behind me.
Splash Mountain was meh.
Best part of the park.
Lunch.
Got thirsty after lunch.
Then, I got sleepy.
Now, I'm bored.
Need to find a way to kill some time.
Then, I found Mickey.
I was pretty happy about that.
It's a small world after all.

San Diego - Seaworld
In the Shark Tank-tube thingy.
I hope I don't get attacked by any polar bears.
They found me.
Manta Ray.
On the Skyride.
Then, it rocked.

After the Shamu show, you can see one of the whales in the water.
San Francisco
Traveling in tour style.
Another gift shop.
Found a Jack in the Box.
At Yosemite National Park. It's was a bit nippy.
Stanford University and it was a bit wet.
I decided to help these guys out, but they were either really slow or just didn't give a fuck.
At some Galleria.
At the Golden Gate Bridge.
At Lombard Street.
At Pier 39, enjoying some clam chowder and fried zucchini.

Chinatown.
At Hearst Castle visitor's center.

I'm actually an AV/IT tech at a law firm.
You just jumped to the front of the "guy with or without a fanny pack" I'd most like to hang out with list. I've lived in Vegas for over 20 years and you had more fun in those pics (or at least looked like it) then in my entire residency here.
Seriously though, teach me your secrets to happiness.
Yeah, we found a nice spot to shoot the scenery. We also saw a walrus swim onto the beach. And we saw sea lions at pier 39. What is thing with the Bay area and large aquatic mammals.
The closest thing we have in NY are overweight Russians in speedos at Brighton Beach.
Well in reference to the pics, I kinda have a personal rule that if I take a certain number of "normal" pics, then I have to complement them with something that's wacky, stupid, and/or childish.
