I actually don't think it's a simple box.

I think the bit with the curved vent is the top of one of the sides. I think it might curve around one of the sides.

A bit like this actually:

But the curve may be around one of the longer ends than here. Get what I mean? When standing it might look square from the side, but the top may curve around to the other side.
